Capturing UAV Remote ID Data

Your Nzyme setup will automatically detect and decode UAV Remote ID data as part of it's WiFi monitoring. Remote ID is transmitted via WiFi frames and Nzyme will pick those up for you without any special hardware.

Remote ID via Bluetooth is less common but will be supported in future versions.

Sensor Placement

Tests have shown that Remote ID data is picked up by indoor Nzyme taps from up to a mile away. Range will heavily depend on the altitude of the transmitting drone.

Note that Nzyme outdoor sensors are in an early prototyping phase and will be the best way to record UAV data once available.
