Quotas

Super administrators can configure quotas for organizations and tenants, while organization administrators can configure quotas for their tenants. Quotas apply to several types of entities, including taps, users and certain integrations.

All quotas default to unlimited until they are configured. If a tenant has no quota configured, the underlying organization quota applies. For example, if you have an organization with a user quota of 5, all tenants of this organization combined can create a total of 5 users.

Exceeded Quotas

A quota can be exceeded if you reduce it to a level that is lower than the current entity count. For example, you may have a quota of 5 taps for a tenant and the tenant has fully used it with 5 currently configured taps. If you reduce the quota to 4, it will be exceeded by 1.

The exceeded quota will be highlighted in the web interface for easy identification, but no entities are deleted. The tenant will not be able to create new taps, but none of their existing taps will stop to work. It is up to you to decide if you want to delete a tap.
